Long Course Centre

Out of the 18 acres of Dhammabodhi campus, 7 acres of land at the rear is earmarked for development and running of a Long course center, under the same trust. This center would cater to 200 Old students and would offer continuous long courses and other old student courses round the year. Right now the land is being prepared for tree plantation and often old students sit there for short meditation. The piece of land has an exit gate towards Bodhgaya town and a dirt road connects Dhammabodhi to Mahabodhi Temple site. Using this road, one can walk down the temple which is just 2 kms from here.

As time ripens, and more and more old students come to Bodh Gaya for sitting long courses, this land will be utilized and will witness the effort of many people towards eradication of their suffering. Till then, master plan is being prepared which will include a Large Dhamma Hall, Pagoda with cells, Teachers residences, Student residences, Dining halls, offices and reception area.
